At Executive Property Managers we have a fee structure that guarantees that you will receive great service and that we will look after your investment property.

Compared to many other property managers you will find that our fees are clear and easy to understand - there are NO HIDDEN fees.

Our Fees are as follows –

These are included in the Management Fee

          • Finding tenants

         • Routine and Outgoing (Vacating) Inspections

         • Arranging and managing Repairs & Maintenance

         • Annual Statements

         • Tenancy Tribunal or Mediation attendance

         • Processing Insurance claims

         • Smoke Alarm management

 Finding tenants includes:

         • Advertising - including photography

         • Processing applications

         • Viewings

         • Background checks

         • Credit checks

         • Reference checks

         • Creating the Tenancy Agreement

         • Collecting the initial payment of 1 weeks Rent and 4 weeks Bond

         • Moving the tenant in and doing an initial inspection
