The Team

Hi, my name is Jeremy Barker, and along with my wife, Maree, have owned and operated Executive Property Managers in Tauranga since 2018. We live in Papamoa, a seaside suburb of Tauranga, which is a beautiful place to live and work.

Our business is a small, boutique-style company.  Both Maree and I work fully in the company, with my role being client facing and Maree ensuring that our systems and procedures run like clockwork.

We specialise solely in local residential property management and we are not affiliated with any franchise or real estate company.  We offer an extensive range of property management services that can be tailored to meet individual requirements.  We know that our clients need a property manager who can be flexible, adaptable and hands-on.

Prior to our move to Papamoa, we lived and raised our family in Hamilton. Over those years, Maree worked in office management and finance roles, while I have always been involved in property management in some form.  In fact, my first job on leaving University in the 1980’s was as a Property Manager, so you could say I have come full circle.  In 2016, I stepped away from a corporate management role to start my own company, Hamilton Property Management Ltd.   I sold this company when we made the move back to my hometown of Tauranga.

Maree is the office and finance manager for Executive Property Managers. Maree has had many years of working for both corporates and small businesses and is now enjoying working with Jeremy in our own business.
